BoxInside MT4

BoxInside indicator calculates the volume profile for each candle and puts labels on candles, appropriate levels of VAH, VAL and POC. Color POC tags selected in cumulative comparison value in the horizontal POC volume levels in the remaining candles in the graph.

Features of the indicator

The indicator works on the period from the M5 to the MN, but for calculation uses historical data from other periods:

• M1 - for periods ranging from M5 to H1,


• M5 - H4 for the period,


• H1 - for the period D1,


• H4 - W1 for the period,


• D1 - MN for a period

so before installing the display, the maximum load the history of all periods through MT4 menu Tools->History Center, or simply scrolling graphics in the history of "all the way." In the absence of data, the indicator displays a message and perform a clean build, starting from the place where the story there.

All calculations light only in the visible region of the graph view, but you can scroll down in history. In moments scroll graphics, POC label on the candles 'flickering' that's fine, there is a re-sorted values ​​of horizontal volumes.

The values ​​of horizontal volumes on POC levels are compared and sorted in increments of 1/6, that is, in the end we have six color gradations. Color matching these gradations can be customized color variables: LowestBoxColor - to 1/6, LowBoxColor - to 2/6, MiddleBoxColor - to 3/6, MediumBoxColor - to 4/6, HighBoxColor - to 5/6, HighestBoxColor - to 6/6 of the maximum horizontal volume found on one of the candles in the visible region of the viewing schedule. If you do not want to display any of these gradations, adjust its color is the same as the displayed color background graphics.

Color and location of the marks on the POC last candle considered valid only in the time close to the closing of the candle.

For other variables

• BoxStepPoint - Fixed step calculations horizontal grid. Is set in the "old" points, the minimum value 0, the maximum value 500. If the value is zero is received from the calculating step variable BoxStepPointPix.


• BoxStepPointPix - dynamic calculations step of the horizontal grid. It is set in the monitor pixels, the minimum value 1, maximum 5.


• BoxPriceArea - the size of the cost of the area as a percentage, the default value of 75%. If the value is zero, VAH and VAL tags are not displayed.


• ModeLine - In this mode, VAH labels, VAL and POC are connected by lines. POC line, the displayed color HighestBoxColor.


• NoVolumes - In this mode, the amount of each candle, used for calculations, equals it spreads in points. As a result, the profiles are evaluated on the basis of TPO.


• VALColor - VAL color for label or tag line combines VAL.


• VAHColor - VAH color for label or tag line combines VAH.
