Combined indicator calculated by the formula of Wales Wilder showing "short-term index" and "Accumulative fluctuation index" price in the form of a line chart or bar graph.

Short-term fluctuations Index (Current Swing Index - CSI) - indicator, which predicts the movement of prices in the short term, helps to determine the real price of the security (currency) by comparing the current price (opening price, closing, maximum and minimum) from the previous period prices.

Cumulative index fluctuations (Accumulative Swing Index - ASI) - indicator used to assess the long-term trend by comparing the bars, which have been at the opening, closing price highs and lows.

ASI was first published in CodeBase in 2007 for MT4.

Item display

• Number of Bars History / History Bars - the number of bars on which the indicator is calculated. If "0" - that will be drawn all the available history of the instrument.

Control indicator rendered on the button:

• The left - CSI switches the display as a line or bar graph. Pressing the button changes the inscription in it - Switch to Histo CSI / Switch to Line CSI.


• right - ASI switches the display as a line or bar graph. Pressing the button changes the inscription in it - Switch to Histo ASI / Switch to Line ASI.

Alternate between pressing the button changes the name of the indicator Accumulative Swing Index / Current Swing Index.

It is recommended to use on the timeframes of not less than H1 but better from H4 !!!

As an alternative application of the indicator - the use nature CSI index, i.e. as "predskazamusa" future for at least the spark advance. For these purposes will analyze divergence / convergence. The accuracy of the prediction of the next candle after the detection of divergence during backtesting was 80%.
