Separate proposals on the taxation of flooded fields Rosneft not - Siluanov
The Ministry of Finance does not have any specific proposals on the taxation of flooded fields of "Rosneft" in the framework of the bill on the tax on the added income (TAI), told the Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
"Proposals for the PDM, we have prepared and submitted to the government. These proposals should meet the situation with "Rosneft". High costs watered fields counted procedure which is represented MOF. This method is consistent with the Ministry of Energy and spoke with companies ", - the minister said.
He added that specific proposals for the Samotlor field of "Rosneft" the ministry does not make, because this issue can be resolved within the framework of the new method.
Earlier, First Deputy Energy Minister Alexey Teksler said that the agency received from the Ministry of Finance revised bill of the PDM, and he arranges the Ministry of Energy.
It is assumed that the TAI in a pilot mode will work in 2018.
Unlike the tax on mineral extraction NDM will be charged not with the amount of oil produced, and on the income from the sale of raw materials minus the marginal cost of production and transportation.
The project provides for a voluntary transition to NAD for two groups of pilot projects. The first group - a new field (greenfields) in new regions, the second group - brownfields (Brownfields) in Western Siberia with a total annual production of oil on all deposits up to 15 million tons.
