Economic Development Ministry submitted to the government a draft law on the control and surveillance activities, which regulates the relationship between business and control bodies. He told this to the Deputy Minister of Economic Development Savva Shipov on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
"Economic Development Ministry submitted to the government a draft law on the control and surveillance activities, in the course of work on the bill was a lot of work to remove several hundred disagreements between supervisors and business", - explained Shipov.
According to him, the bill for the first time regulate all formats of the interaction of the supervisory bodies and entrepreneurs, as well as systematically describe such tools of "smart" control as risk-oriented approach and performance evaluation based on OECD experience.
"The bill changes the vector operation with the inspectors find violations on their prevention. Annex to the draft law will set out an exhaustive list of the types of control and supervision. Its adoption is to create a transparent system of conditions of work and to become the basis for trust between business and government ", - said the deputy head of the Ministry of Economic Development.
