Adaptive RSI
Relative Strength Index (RSI) - one of the most popular and accurate oscillators are widely used by traders to determine overbought and oversold zones. Although RSI indicator works well in certain market periods, it can not generate profitable signals when market conditions changed, and therefore, gives wrong signals, that can lead to large losses.
Have you ever thought about the adaptive indicator RSI, which adapts the calculation period in accordance with market conditions? Input parameters
- Maximum Bars to Look Back: Positive integer indicating the maximum number of past bars, which are calculated RSI value.
- Maximum Past Bars for Optimization: A positive integer that represents the maximum number of past bars in which to optimize (to find the best period RSI) will be held.
- Minimum RSI Period for OptimizationPositive integer (greater than zero), indicating the minimum period RSI to optimize.
- Maximum RSI Period for Optimization: A positive integer indicating the maximum period RSI to optimize.
- RSI Period Step for OptimizationPositive integer (greater than zero), indicating the step RSI period of growth for optimization.
- Alert Enable / Disable: if true, will show alerts when a signal to buy or sell.
- Email Notification ?: if true value when the pattern recognition is sent an email, in said MetaTrader 4 settings.
- Mobile Notification ?: if true value when the pattern recognition is sent to a push-notification to the mobile device.
- Show Signal Arrows ?: at a value of true signals to the purchase and sale are displayed arrows on the graph.
- Overbought Color: color overbought zones.
- Oversold Color: color oversold zones.
